Description:

The Urban Master Plan of Cordoba provides the execution of a Center for Intermodal Freight Transport Public and its complementary services, connected directly to the train station RENFE of “El Higuerón” and connected to the road N-IV by the Western variant. The chosen location facilitates intermodal operations as well as transport management.

Cordoba´s distribution warehouse centre Project plans the land development of the working area which comprises: Petrol station, services centre, parking, vehicle services zone and plots number 1,2,4,5,7,8,10,11. The project includes as well: roundabout connecting with road A-431, the required modifications, RENFE train connection, Telephonic and electricity networks, undergrounding surrounding power lines, enlargement of sewage pipes to the drainage points, storm tanks and general network.
