Description:

This project considers the performance of an industrial building which gathers various premises in consecutive modules and annexes, to accommodate facilities for business projects that are about to begin or expand their operations, with the disposition of equipments and a few economic benefits.

Total surface of the land plot is 10,664.55 m²; of which 4,033.45 m² are used because of the division in two phases of intervention, being Phase I the object of the present project. The total built area in Phase I is 2,687.94 m², and the surface to urbanize of 1,888.45 m².

The building, of 21.22 x 100.22 square meters, is divided in 10 premises, each of them with a second floor to be used as offices. Reinforced concrete has been used both in the prefabricated structure and in the external enclosure.
