This Partial Plan aims to develop Industrial Area Riaño IV, in the city council of Langreo, including assignment of detailed uses and delimitation of areas with all the characteristics typical of a Partial Plan.

Land affected by present Partial Plan was classified as Industrial Urban Land, has a surface of 94,194.38 m² and irregular configuration delimited by:

• Nalon river at the North.
• Railway Soto del Rey – El Entrego at the East.
• Road AS-245 at the South.
• River Troncos in the Northwest and Riera path at the Southwest.
