Description:

Present project plans the construction of a building intended to be an Educational and Visitor Centre in Viñas de Manilva, following the demolition of the existing building.

Building external look is a unique volume, which occupies the whole plot, and is divided into basement, ground floor, first floor and attic. There are two accesses to different floors due to the difference of level between the two streets delimiting the building.

Finally, there is an interior courtyard in the centre of the building that gives access to the rest of the building rooms and is covered by a large skylight.
