Description:

Works are divided in 3 different projects located in distinct zones of the plot.

Project 1:

Project 1 includes the works build a new football field for 11 with artificial turf, a football field for 7 in sand, multi sports court, and a main building developed on a single floor intended to changing rooms, auxiliary units and accessible stands for the spectators.

Development of the functional program requires the treatment of the ground, generating an exterior urbanized area adapted to the pedestrian and vehicles access, as well as the boundaries of the installations. Project 1 is located on the western area of the plot covering 19,170 m² out of the 32,200 m² available on the plot.

Project 2:

Project 2 includes the construction of a new public car park developed in an open air area. It is located on the eastern area of the plot covering 13,030 m² out of the 32,200 m² available on the plot.

Project 3:

Project 3 consists on the supply of all the necessary equipments for the starting of the sport facilities developed.
