Description:

Present preliminary project develops a multiple services building for nautical-sportive activities. Building was designed as a three floor structure: Ground floor, first floor and second floor. Due to the characteristics of the terrain in the plot, there is a semi basement below the ground floor in which a car park, commercial areas, accesses to the dock and other auxiliary units for nautical-sportive activities are located.
