This Partial Plan aims to develop Industrial Area: SAPU XIII - XIV (Land suitable for urbanization) in the municipality of Corvera de Asturias, including assignment of detailed uses and delimitation of areas with all the characteristics typical of a Partial Plan. Plot surface is estimated approximately at 58.37 Ha.

SAPU XIII plot surface to develop is estimated approximately at 21.58 Ha. Land configuration has triangular shape bordering: AS-19 road in the North and Southeast, ArcelorMittal railway from the north to the south east, and highway AI-8 in the south. The plot has direct connections with road AS-19 by means of a direct branch and with SAPU XIV by means of an overpass crossing AI-8 highway.

SAPU XIV plot surface to develop is estimated approximately at 37.31 Ha. Land configuration has irregular shape and is delimited by access railway to ArcelorMittal and High Voltage Power Line known as Trasmonte-Silvota, A-8 and junction with AI-8, section Serín- Avilés. It is closely located to Commercial and Leisure Complex “Parque Astur”.
