In a frequent basis over the last years, CAC has been demanding and insisting by means of various authorities the necessity of transport infrastructures which, described as vital for Asturias, must be included within any territorial or sectoral planning.

Part of that infrastructure (roads and railways) has already been claimed by means of an official document on February 2005 which was directly delivered to the Ministry in Regional Government of Environment, Town Planning and Infrastructures in the principality of Asturias.

Since then, the needs for other suitable activities have emerged. Besides, the need to count with a technical frame of reference and support to the deliberations about the new ADECE (Agreement for the Economical Development, Competitiveness and Employment in Asturias), has offered an opportunity to address in the present document an extension of the analysis to the rest of the infrastructures (besides transport) and according to the structure already included in the ADECE 2004-2007:

• Infrastructures for the economic promotion (Industrial and logistic land)
• Roads and communication infrastructures
• Drainage, water supply and environment infrastructures
• Housing and urbanizations
• Public health, education and culture
