Description:

Land Development of the fishing area:

Design of the reurbanization works required in the fishing area of Estepona´s Port. A total surface of 9,650m2 where fishing market, car park, bars and Workshops can be found.

Enlargement of the street “Avenida del Puerto” and connection of the road running along the dock with the road located in the eastern area of the project, creating a new esplanade for manoeuvre and a parking in front of the fish market.

Land Development of the dry dock area:

Works consist on the reurbanization of the dry dock area in Estepona´s Port by means of urban planning that delimits a new plot of 1,210 m2 in which required infrastructures are provided for its development.

Enlargement of the Port main road is planned to connect with the street “Avenida del Puerto”, along with road repair and improvement and a new connection road between the dry dock and the new plot.

As a result of the planned works, 325 m of roads characterized by wide pedestrian areas, parking and green areas are developed to integrate sport and fishing areas.
