Description:

This Environmental Impact Assessment analyzes the effects that the land development project of “La Cardosa” could have on the environment according to current regulations.  

The main points developed in the project are the followings:

• An Analysis of the feasible technical alternatives.
• A description of the land development project and proposed works.
• An environmental inventory of the area.
• An evaluation of the possible environmental impacts.
• A proposal of relevant correction and protective solutions.
• A study of the possible effects of the Master plan on the environment.
• A proposition of solutions to avoid the negative effects derived from the master plan implementation.
