Special Plan for the development of 97,800 m2 intended to be a Logistic Platform.

Expansion necessities for the facilities of supermarket corporation Alimerka resulted into the unification of the warehouse and distribution centres into a new building in which all the related activities of the firm can be autonomously managed.

In this way, the implementation of the logistic platform pretends to:

On the one hand, gather and concentrate warehousing in a unique point, allowing the unification of classification, distribution and supply processes, as well as unusual transformation processes which, as regards certain products are necessary before packing or distribution for commercializing.

On the other hand, transport cost optimization and improvement on the quality of services is achieved due to the aforementioned concentration.

Therefore, the aim of the Special Plan is no other than the adaptation of a model for the settlement of a logistic activity in a plot well communicated and separated from the residential areas.
