Description:

Preliminary Project develops a multiple services building related to nautical-sportive activities and designed as a two floors structure. Adjacent to the building there is a public car park which complements rest of parking spaces located outside the projected area.

Building volume located in the north sector of the plot consists on ground floor and first floor intended to public toilets and offices for the management and administrations of the port.

Building volume located in the south sector of the plot is intended for commercial uses and complementary services related to security in the port and also spaces for the licence holder in charge of the operation and administration of the whole.
