Description:

Project surface is placed in a plot surrounded by other houses and buildings that define and limit the dimensions and shape of the multi-storey parking.

The location of the new parking project has been decided due to the existence of offices, public organisms and specialized commerce in the neighbourhood area. However, this strategic location will not only benefit surrounding users but also those working in the area since parking plans large number of parking spaces.

Proposed solution shapes the building according to the available plot limits in order to gain the maximum surface possible intended for the parking spaces.

Building consists on three semi-underground floors, a ground floor and eight floors over the ground level. Besides, a terrace and cafeteria is designed in the top floor.

Finally, a shopping mall will also be available in the building, replacing the existing one.
