Description:

Piélagos municipality has experimented over the last years a profuse housing expansion, mainly towards the coast line, which demands correcting or reviewing some particular situations by means of an upgrade of the general principles that served as support to the previous master plan.

For this reason, a new development instrument for the land planning of the area has been proposed. It has already been approved in Cantabrian land planning and satisfies municipality residential demands, which, due to proximity to Santander bay and special characteristics, has been shaped as a place for 1st class housing and second residence.
