Description:

Montenuño residential area comprises a group of singular buildings: Four blocks of 45 meters high, 22.4 meters side with a total of 320 flats with excellent qualities. On the underground of each building, commercial facilities and parking spaces need to be add to the 23,746 m2 of residential building land.

The roofs were designed to have equal high in order to communicate them by means of footbridges which work as an evacuation exit in case of emergencies. South Tower is located in a higher ground level; however, it has lower dimensions in order to have the four buildings with the same height.
