Description:

Urban Transport Municipal Firm (EMTUSA) promotes construction of a bus garage located close to the new Transport Centre.

The building will host repair garage in the ground floor with a total surface of 5,395 square meters, as well as warehouse, washing area and petrol station. Furthermore, the building will count with two parking levels, one in the underground level with 7,880 square meters and the other one in the first floor with 7,604 square meters and a total capacity for 120 buses. The equipment will have 200 length meters and the construction material used in the front façade will be micro perforated steel.

Around the building there is a perimeter road which will be shared by buses and cars until the office zone for a later only bus use. This road will give access to petrol station, washing, repair garage and parking.
