Description:

The document undertakes problematic situation turned up from a very deteriorated neighbourhood characterized by:

o A previous fairly unfortunate town planning

o A location conditioned by a riverbed and a railway line.

o Some social problems motivated by the presence of a wide community of immigrants which implies a different view due to circumstances.

All the aforementioned problems drove to the design of a document comprising various studies and approaches to the neighbourhood reform. Solution combines the identification of opportunity areas and operations for the replacement of current urban grid always turned to obtain greater green areas, premises and an accurate evaluation of the river as the main element of urban landscape development.
