Description:

The project objective is to identify and evaluate all the work necessary to achieve the sealing of the discharge of inert products and the restoration of the landfill of inert products and municipal solid waste already sealed by performing the urbanization of the area affected and surroundings and realizing sports facilities that will be divided into six projects.

Sport facilities predicted added to the sealing works, conditioning and urban development of both rubbish sites, imply a high investment in a long term, which would hardly be possible through the realization of a unique project. For this reason, seven independent projects were proposed as follows:

1. Sealing, development and urban development

2. Sport facilities: Two Football 11 fields

3. Sport facilities: Two Football 7 fields

4. Sport facilities: Cycling and skating track

5. Sport facilities: Sports centre and gymnasium

6. Sport facilities: Model car circuit

7. Sport facilities: Celtic Bowling
