Description:

This project involves the implementation of a warehouse dedicated to storage, division and distribution of goods organized in separate modules which may be grouped according to the needs of future users.

The functional program is organized on two floors, the ground floor dedicated to storage and the first floor used for administrative purposes with independent access.

The warehouse is conceived as a rectangular compact volume of 125 m long and 40 m wide for a maximum occupancy of the lot. The interior is divided into 10 modules across the width of the building with loading docks and entrances in the east and west facades.
